Ultimately, the Bible reveals how God invites us to join Him in His Kingdom through His Son, Jesus Christ. This is truly good news.
To master the Word of God, it’s essential to grasp key lessons and verses. I will continually update the lists below to highlight these pivotal lessons and verses that unlock the profound messages and insights waiting to be discovered in the Bible.
I am confident that as you engage with this material, you will be blessed. Your insights into the Bible will deepen, and your ability to share its teachings with others will grow.

Key Lessons To Remember

- The central theme of the Bible’s message is the kingdom of God. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus said, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
- Preaching the gospel of the kingdom to the world is another way to express the Great Commission. Jesus stated in Matthew 24:14, “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
- Christ described and demonstrated what His kingdom is like through parables, lessons, and miracles. Matthew 4:23 notes that He was preaching the kingdom of God.
- Christ spoke about His kingdom and commissioned His disciples to spread the same message. In Matthew 10:7, Jesus told His disciples to preach, “The kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
- The kingdom of God refers to who the King is, while the kingdom of heaven refers to where His throne is.
- God’s kingdom is currently wherever He rules, whether in our hearts or in heaven. In Luke 17:21, Jesus said, “Behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”
- God’s kingdom has not been established on earth yet. Hebrews 11:39–40 states Abraham and others sought for the kingdom but never found it.
- The kingdom of Christ will be established on earth at the sound of the seventh trumpet, which is the last trumpet. This lesson is found in Revelation 11:15.
- We are currently living in a kingdom on earth ruled by Satan. 2 Corinthians 4:3–4 refers to Satan as the god of this world.
- Satan is doing everything he can to delay and oppose the establishment of Christ’s kingdom. Revelation 12:17 describes his intentions.
- Satan’s kingdom is characterized by self-will and sin, which are in rebellion against God’s kingdom and His will. Isaiah 14:13–14 records Satan’s five proclamations of “I will.”
- The kingdom of Satan is filled with pain, sorrow, and death. Romans 8:22-23 and Revelation 6:1–8 describe the evident characteristics of his kingdom.
- The rebellion of Satan’s kingdom has resulted in worldview warfare, which was explained extensively in the Worldview Conflict series. Revelation 12 describes Satan’s war with God.
- Satan, not God, is to be blamed for the miseries, injustice, and death on earth. In John 10:10, Jesus contrasted His kingdom with others.
- God promised to establish His kingdom on earth and end Satan’s kingdom. Daniel 2:44 records this prophecy.
- Jesus Christ, as God, is uniquely qualified to destroy Satan’s kingdom, establish His kingdom, and qualify us to enter His kingdom.
With these sixteen lessons listed above, you can grasp the essence of the Bible’s message.
